Our Client is a Global IT Services company, is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to manage the delivery and transition of a large program.
They are looking for an ideal candidate who has :
• Experience delivering large-scale projects within IT Services.
• Experience in commercial and Retail Banking (Payments, Mortgages, Cards).
• Experience in Transition and Change management, minimizing disruption, and gaining the trust of internal and client stakeholders at the team and program level.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and expert knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on delivery experience across large and complex programs.
• Owns the end-to-end technical delivery for the program/project.
• Partners with the Project Manager and Team Lead at Onsite & Offshore.
• Maintain strong relationships with delivery team members to facilitate effective delivery.
• Creation of high-level plans to manage end-to-end delivery governance including milestone tasks, risk management, stakeholder reporting & delivery transparency.
• Attend meetings with the Client to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
• Execution of cross-functional delivery across the IT team and wider business.
